郭蓓，女，理学博士，教授，硕士生导师。现任生物科学与工程学院生物技术系主任。
2007年在北京林业大学获得博士学位。2007~2008年在匈牙利科学院生物研究中心做访问学者。2006年被评为北京市先进盟务工作者，2007年入选北京市中青年骨干教师，2010年被评为北京农学院教书育人标兵，2013年被评为北京市优秀教师。
主讲本科生《遗传学》、《生物统计学》、《人类遗传学》等课程；研究生《基因工程原理》、《分子遗传学》、《作物基因工程育种专题》等。曾获“全国教育电视节目评比一等奖”，“北京农学院优秀课程”，“北京农学院教学成果二等奖”等多项教学奖励，主编教材2部。
主要研究方向包括植物抗逆基因工程、大豆分子育种及酵母分子定向改造。目前主要开展植物海藻糖代谢相关基因的表达调控，大豆株型与豆荚发育相关基因的功能研究，赤藓糖醇菌种的分子定向进化育种和代谢工程改造。主持和参加过国家“863”计划、北京市教委、北京市优秀人才资助、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家科技攻关、国家转基因专项、教育部、北京市科委等多个科研项目，发表论文61篇，EI收录9篇。曾获北京市科学技术进步二等奖1项，国家发明专利1项。
