徐广才，男，山东东平人，管理学博士，毕业于北京师范大学。现为北京农学院经济管理学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要从事都市农业、休闲农业和资源环境等领域研究和教学工作。近年来，多次参与农业部农村社会事业发展中心现代农业与新农村建设专题调研，连续完成北京市一村一品、农产品加工业集聚区等发展报告；曾参与全国休闲农业“十二五”规划、北京市农产品加工业规划等区域或园区农业发展规划编制工作近20项；公开发表论文25篇，主编著作1部。

Xu Guangcai, male, born on September 17,1982,PHD,graduated from Beijing Normal University in 2010,now is an associate professor and master supervisor in agriculture economy management of Beijing university of Agriculture. Recently his research interested is focused on urban agriculture, leisure agriculture and resource and environment ecology. Since 2010,he has participated in more than 20 research projects, also hosted 9 research projects in the fields of rural urbanization, urban agriculture development planning, modern planning, etc. Also as a invited expert, he participate in the new rural construction and modern agriculture development research of Ministry of Agriculture, and completed the related reports, which were published on Farmers’ Daily. Till now, he has published 25 papers and 1 book.
