李华，男，1962年10月生，浙江嵊县人，中共党员，三级教授，北京农学院经济管理学院院长，农林经济管理硕士生导师。先后毕业于北京农学院和中国农业大学。近5年，先后主讲《村镇规划》、《农村社会学》、《公共关系学》、《农村公共管理》等本科课程和《农业科技与三农政策》、《农村社会学专题》等研究生课程；主要从事农产品品牌与市场营销、现代农业园区建设、农村公共管理、农业项目管理与投融资评估、农村人力资源开发与农民教育等工作。
主要学术兼职：
中国农村专业技术协会理事、副秘书长、北京市农村专业技术协会常务理事、秘书长；中国农业经济学会理事、北京农经学会副理事长；中国农学会理事、农业科技园区分会和农业产业化分会常务理事；中国乡镇企业家协会乡镇企业家委员会常务理事；中国农林牧渔学会畜牧经济委员会常务理事；北京农学会科普委员会主任等。

2000年以来先后主持和参与国家、省级以上相关科研课题60余项。高新技术改造传统农业（2004）、北京市科教兴村理论与实践研究（2008）先后获得北京市科技进步三等奖；“中苜一号”、“中苜三号”新品种选育与推广先后获得北京市科技进步二等奖（2005、2011）；优质红小豆标准化技术与基地建设推广获得北京市科技进步三等奖（2004）和北京市农业推广二等奖（2003）等；2013年特色农经计划获得北京市高等教育成果二等奖。
著有《中国农村人力资源开发理论与实践》、《新西兰农业比较》、《北京市家禽消费者行为与品牌建设分析》、《中小企业经营诊断》专著4部，主编《农村公共管理》、《农业项目投资》等著作、教材20多部；发表论文100余篇；执笔起草20多个新农村等各类规划等；为企业和基层农村起草项目书和策划书100多份；近十年在北京等20多省市主讲农产品营销与品牌建设、农民科学素质、农业产业结构调整等200多场，培训2万多人。
2003年被中宣部、中央文明办、科技部、教育部、农业部等14个部委联合授予“科技、文化、卫生三下乡先进个人”，2004年被农业部授予“农业先进工作者”、“全国农业科普工作先进个人”，2010年5月被科技部、中宣部、中国科协联合授予“全国科普先进工作者”。2002年被北京市科委、经委、教委联合授予“北京市产学研先进个人”，2004年被北京市科协授予“北京市科技下乡优秀专家”；2008年被北京市教工委评为“高校优秀党务工作者”；2009年被北京市农工委、农委、市人事局联合授予“为郊区经济发展”十佳科技工作者；被北京市科协、市财政局评为“科普惠农兴村计划优秀农业服务专家”；2010年被北京市科委、宣传部、市科协、市人事局联合授予“北京市科普先进工作者”；2011年获得北京市委、市政府联合授予的北京市精神文明奖。
目前担任北京市现代农业产业技术体系家禽创新团队岗位专家，主持北京市重大农业科研项目“北京市家禽产业经济分析”、中国科协“科普惠农兴村计划能力评估体系”等4个项目；在研科研经费100多万元。拟招收有意在家禽产业经济、现代农业园区与村镇规划、农村公共管理与政策等方面感兴趣的硕士研究生3名。

Writings:
He has four individual monographs, the one is the Theory and Practice of Rural Human Resource Development and Utilization in China , and the other is The Diagnosis of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Management etc .So far, he has edited more than 20 writings and teaching materials, such as Agricultural Extension, Rural Public Management, The Rural Project Selection and Entrepreneurship. In addition, he has published over one hundred papers.
