华玉武，男，1965年12月出生，辽宁建平人，中共党员，经济学学士、法学硕士，教授、硕士生导师。现任北京农学院学校办公室主任，兼任世界社会主义研究中心常务理事、北京农学会理事、北京市农村专业技术协会常务理事。
为本科生讲授《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》课程，为研究生讲授《中国特色社会主义理论与实践专题研究》、《马克思主义与社会科学方法论》课程。曾荣获北京市教育教学成果二等奖1项。
在《科学社会主义》、《思想理论教育导刊》等各级学术刊物发表论文20余篇；主持北京新农村建设研究基地、北京市教委人文社科基金等课题6项；主编《北京都市型现代农业文化研究》、《北京城乡一体化建设研究》、《组织视角下的京郊新农村党建研究》、《京郊农村发展研究》等著作12部。主要研究方向为都市型现代农业文化。
