胡宝贵，男，1965年出生，北京市人，教授、经管学院党总支书记、硕士生导师、高级人力资源管理师（IOCL），兼任中国环境科学学会绿色包装专业委员会副理事长，中国林牧渔业经济学会畜牧经济专业委员会常务理事，中国环境科学学会咨询评估工作委员会委员，中国运筹学会企业运筹学会理事，中国现场统计研究会统计综合评价研究会理事，现代农业产业技术体系北京市创新团队岗位专家。
主要研究方向为农村产业经济、涉农企业经营管理、人力资源开发与管理。主持、参加科研项目20多项，其中主持北京市社科基金项目2项（北京“菜篮子”产品供应体系风险管理与控制研究[12JGB019]、北京农村产业发展研究），自然基金项目1项（北京郊区（县）农业科技创新能力形成与评价研究[9102006]），其他省部级项目8项；主持完成各类综合性、专业性规划项目10多项；发表学术论文40多篇，其中EI论文2篇，CPCI-S、CPCI-SSI（ISTP和ISSHP）论文4篇，国内核心10余篇；出版《现代农业与循环经济》（“十一五”国家重点图书规划项目）、《北京农村产业发展理论与实践》（北京市哲学社会科学“十一五”规划项目）、《新农村建设中的农村产业发展研究》等专著10余部。
主要讲授《人力资源管理学》、《电子商务》、《现代物流学》、《发展经济学》等课程。主编或参编《涉农企业经营管理》（全国高等农林院校“十一五”规划教材）、《物流采购与供应管理》（国家级规划教材）、《发展经济学》、《农业经济管理学》等多部教材。
