王文和，男，1964年生，内蒙古丰镇市人，副教授，农学博士，九三社员。1984.9——1988.7东北师范大学生物系本科毕业，获学士学位。1988.9——1991.7东北师范大学生物系植物学专业硕士毕业，并获理学硕士学位。1991.7——1999.7沈阳农业大学基础科学部植物教研室讲师。1999.12评为副教授。1999.7——2000.7在武汉大学生命科学学院作访问学者。2000.7——2002.9沈阳农业大学生物科学与技术学院植物教研室主任，硕士生导师。2001.12获沈阳农业大学果树学博士学位。2002.9——今，北京农学院园林学院责任教师。2004.9任园林植物教研室主任。2007年起担任园林学院教学副院长。
从教22年，先后为本科、专科、函授等主讲《植物学》、《普通生物学》、《植物学概论》、《生物技术概论》、《生物摄影》等课程，为硕士、博士研究生开设过《植物解剖学》、《植物制片技术与显微摄影》、《植物基础拉丁文》等课程。参编论著1部，主编教材3部，参编教材5部。发表教学和科研论文近70篇。其中被SCI、EI、CA等收录7篇。目前在研科研项目2项。现主要从事园林植物资源及生殖生物学方面的研究。

Research:
Engaged in teaching for 22 years, and specialized in “botany" , "general biology” " and biotechnology Introduction ” courses and so on. As the editor of two textbooks, andparticipated in the compilation of one works andsix teaching materials. Published more than 50 research papers , of which "Embryologial studies on In vitro pollination in Rice" is recorded by SCI, EI and CA.TheResearch interested in germplasm resources of garden plant and reproductive biology research, there are 4 research projects now.
