黄映晖，女，吉林省吉林市人，管理学博士，毕业于中国农业大学经济管理学院。现任北京农学院经济管理学院副教授，硕士生导师。
主要研究方向：都市型现代农业、农业经济管理。先后主持北京市教委《北京都市农业评价及趋势研究》、北京市园林绿化局《北京林下经济发展研究》、昌平区科委《昌平区城乡一体化发展研究》、北京农学院《都市农业的国际比较研究》等多项科研项目；主要参与北京市科委《北京都市农业评价指标体系研究》、北京市教委《北京新农村建设与郊区传统文化保存研究》等科研项目。目前主要讲授课程包括《市场调研》、《农村统计与调查》等。
代表性成果：出版《农村劳动力再生产成本研究》、《农村文化资源的开发与经营》、《如何搞好乡村文化建设》等著作；副主编《休闲农业概论》、《观光农业概论》、《都市型现代农业发展研究》、《观光农业开发与经营》等多部著作。发表《都市农业发展动因及功能的国际比较》、《劳动力城乡统筹的政治经济学分析》、《北京都市型现代农业评价指标体系研究》、《北京城乡居民收入差距的结构性分析》、《北京都市型现代农业社会化服务体系创新模式研究》、《休闲农业的相关经济学理论探析》等多篇论文。
